Functions:

1.       Program controlled stepping motor realizes the digital display of outcurve,straight line and incurve etc.Automatic speed variation functions as well as of speed level.

2.       According to the folding requirements of different materials,10 photoelectric eye locations are optional for gear cutting and speed variation.    

3.       During the folding operation of small inside bending,the automatic compensation of the folding width can be realized so as to achieve equal and perfect effect.

4.       The functions of automatic pressure foot hoisting and non-automatic pressure foot hoisting can be freely set and selected.  

5.       The proportion between folding speed and gluding quantity will be automatically increased.It is provided with automatic glue suction function so as to realize no glue hanging on the gluing head after the folding.

6.       The automatic gear cutting function is realized by the motor drive through the sensing control of electronic eye,so that the gear cutting position is more accurate.

7.       The height of workbench can be adjusted freely,which conforms to the principle of ergonomics.

8.       The main motor is automatically located,so as to feed the materials more conveniently and easily.

9.       During the folding,the reinforcing belt of 4mm width can be folded into together,which satisfies different requirements of users.

10.   The function of setting delayed gluing makes no degluing after the folding.

11.   The gluing system is provided with dual protection by the photoelectric eye and the motor rotation speed.
